Gingerbread Train

Christmas Vacation means staying with Grandma during the day, and that means Fun Projects!!! This year it was Gingerbread Trains for Connor and Angus!!

Class Project

Connor's 2nd Grade class helped out at the Boise Rescue Mission this week. They helped them sort donations and get ready for the big Christmas Banquet.


Connor helped roll plastic utensils in napkins and also colored some placemats for the banquet while I cut out tags for the Toys for Tots gifts...

It was so nice for the kids to feel helpful and to learn a little about the hungry and homeless...

Connor seemed to really enjoy it...well, except for the picture taking ;)

Christmas Program

Connor's class participated in a Christmas Program at school, it was great fun to listen to all the little voices belting out Christmas songs for all the proud Mommies, Daddies and Grandparents!


Connor sang "Kwanzaa, Oh Kwanzaa," "Feliz Navidad." and "Jolly Red Nose" with his class.

The Tree

As soon as Thanksgiving is over Connor starts jonesing for a Christmas Tree...we were able to get ours up the first week of December this year!


We decided we liked our white tree so much that when the lights went out last year we got another one...

This year's Annual Ornament is a T Rex...

We played in the snow and made a Real Snowman!
